The module composed of MOS high-power devices constitutes the oscillation part, and the power capacitor bank C, the inductor coil L and the reliable protection control circuit constitute a constant current type inverse Changer. The solid-state high frequency is realized by the sequential control system to realize the equipment chain control and fault display function.
