The all-transistor (solid-state) high-frequency welding machine is designed for the straight seam induction welding of steel pipes. The module composed of MOS high-power devices constitutes the oscillation part, and the power capacitor bank C, the inductor coil L and the reliable protection control circuit constitute a constant current type inverse Changer. The solid-state high frequency is realized by the sequential control system to realize the equipment chain control and fault display function.

The three-phase input voltage is stepped down and isolated by a step-down transformer, and then rectified into a DC voltage of 250 volts through a three-phase fully controlled rectifier bridge.
