Solid state high frequency welder is mainly applied to high frequency straight seam tube mill line. The high frequency power supply adopts AC-DC-AC frequency-variable structure. The rectifier adopts 3-phase 6-pulse thyristor rectifying, IGBT DC chopping or 3-phase 12-pulse thyristor rectifying. Inverter adopts high voltage large power MOSFET to form full bridge resonant inverter. Inverter output adopts high efficiency ferrite matching transformer to accomplish power synthesis, impedance matching and electric isolation. Resonant tank circuit adopts secondary side series resonance.
The whole set equipment is composed of switch gear rectifying cabinet, inverter output cabinet, circulation soft water cooling system, console and positioning table.
